Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed by the endless tasks in your business? Ready to reclaim your time and streamline your operations? Look no further! In this post, I’ve curated a list of 10 invaluable tools designed to help you do just that. From automating repetitive tasks to optimizing workflows, these tools are your secret weapon for maximizing efficiency and productivity in your business. Let’s dive in and discover how you can take your business to the next level by leveraging these powerful resources.

1. Project Management System

Alright, let’s talk about getting your business organized! If you’re anything like me, you know the value of a solid project management tool.

Every business needs a project management system, and you need it set up in a way that will work for your business. Some of the best project management tools are ClickUp, Monday, Asana, Trello, and Teamwork.

ClickUp is my go-to. Why? Because it’s more than just a tool – it’s a game-changer. And guess what? We’ve got ClickUp templates waiting for you in our shop!

No matter what tool you choose, you need to utilize all the features to maximize your productivity. Creating workflows, templates, and mapping out your projects is essential.

2. CRM System

Dealing with clients and customers can be overwhelming, but with the help of tools like Dubsado and HoneyBook, your entire client or customer relationship can be automated and customized.

3. Time Tracking Tools

Understanding where our time is going right now is crucial so we can make the necessary changes. There are many time-tracking tools to help you improve your time management, such as RescueTime, Toggl, or Harvest.

4. Standard Operating Procedures

If you’re building a team or bringing on subcontractors, having your processes mapped out is essential for keeping your team and business running smoothly. You can create a database or hub of all of your SOPs so your team members can easily access everything they need to do their jobs efficiently.

5. Zapier

Zapier is the go-to automation tool. It allows you to connect multiple systems and tools generally that typically wouldn’t integrate. The possibilities are endless with Zapier to streamline your business and processes.

6. Email Marketing Providers

Email marketing is one of the best ways to build your audience and keep in touch with your clients, customers, and leads. Utilizing your email marketing provider with automations, segments, sequences, and tagging structures, is key for nurturing your email subscribers in the best way possible. Some of my favorites are ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, or FloDesk.

7. Membership Tools

Running a membership involves a lot of moving pieces and processes. You can streamline some of this using a more comprehensive membership tool, such as Ontraport, ThriveCart, Kajabi, AccessAlly, etc.

8. Course Creation Tools

Creating courses is a great way to showcase your expertise and reach more people. There are many course creation tools and platforms available that can make managing your digital courses a little easier, such as Podia, Kartra, LearnDash, and ThriveCart Learn.

9. Zoom

Zoom is the top option for running online meetings with your team or with clients. You can easily set up recurring meetings and connect Zoom with your Google Calendar to keep things organized, too.

10. Loom

The best way to quickly share a video with a team member or client? Loom!  I think I have over two thousand videos. I use it to host my course content and communicate with my team.

Bonus tip…create a loom and then have your VA create the SOP from the Loom!

Make sure you download and install the Loom Chrome extension to save yourself some time, too.

This probably seems like a lot…I know it did for me.  We were able to get rid of our CRM, Email Marketing Provider, Membership Tool, and Course Creation Tool by switching to GoHighLevel.
